Fees

Vendor tables are available at the following costs:

Vendor tables are sold on a "first come, first served" basis, and will only be confirmed upon payment in full. (We will not reserve tables without full payment, nor accept partial downpayments).

Vendor personnel are not entitled to free registration of models into competition.

 

CAPCON 2025 Vendor Terms and Conditions

By submitting a Vendor Request, the Vendor agrees to adhere to the CAPCON 2025 Vendor Terms and Conditions.

 

Vendor Request Form

Vendors must submit a completed Vendor Request Form to be considered eligible to vend at CAPCON 2025. Full payment must accompany the completed form.

Form & Payment Submission

Payment must accompany the completed Vendor Request Form.

A) via EMAIL (preferred)

Send completed PDF form + eTransfer payment to: capconvendors@ipmsottawa.com

Set the eTransfer question to: Password provided

Set the eTransfer answer/password to: CAPCON2025
(You MUST use this password or your eTransfer will be declined.)

 

B) via POSTAL MAIL

Send completed form + cheque (payable to: IPMS Ottawa, cannot be post-dated) to:

Confirmation

We will confirm you as a CAPCON 2025 Vendor by sending you a confirmation message at the email address that you provide. Submission of a Vendor Request form + payment does NOT automatically confirm you as a Vendor; you must be explicitly confirmed.


Vendor Information Package

Closer to the CAPCON 2025 event date, all vendors and club representatives will be sent a Vendor Information Package with all relevant information (such as set-up & tear-down times, etc.).
