Entering Models in CAPCON 2025

We welcome all plastic model builders to enter their models into competition at CAPCON 2025.

Please note that we do not offer online model registration; you must register your model entries in person on the morning of the event.

Prepare your Entry Form(s)

Each model entry must have its own corresponding Entry Form.

Each Entry Form is 5.5 x 8.5" (half of a letter-size sheet) to minimize space. There are 2 Entry Forms on a sheet of paper; each form can be filled independently. After filling & printing your PDF Entry Form sheet, cut the sheet in half to separate the 2 forms.

Your registration process will go faster if you have all of your Entry Forms pre-filled, ready when you arrive.

Prepare your Entrant Information Sheet

The Entrant Information Sheet captures your essential contact information and the list of your entries.

Each Entrant MUST submit a completed Entrant Information Sheet in addition to individual Entry Forms. (For Junior Entrants, the parent/guardian may sign the form.)

Your registration process will go faster if you have your Entrant Information Sheet pre-filled, ready when you arrive.

Pay your Museum admission fee

For CAPCON 2025, you must (a) get your Museum admission first (before you register your entries), and then (b) pay for your CAPCON entries separately.

Register your models, pay your contest registration fees

CAPCON 2025 Model Registration will be held in the Museum foyer on Saturday, October 18, 2025. between 9:00AM — 12:30PM

We do not offer online registration of models into the competition.
CAPCON reserves the right to limit the number of entries per Entrant.

  1. Go to CAPCON 2025 Model Registration and bring the following:

    • Museum Admission proof-of-purchase (ticket)
    • Entry Form(s) – 1 form per entry
    • Entrant Information Sheet – 1 form per entrant
    • Cash for paying contest registration fees

  2. Present your Museum Admission proof-of-purchase (ticket); it will be scanned for validation.

  3. Present your completed Entrant Information Sheet.

  4. Present your completed Entry Form(s).

  5. The registrar will put a unique Model Entry number on each of your Entry Form(s), which you will keep so they can be placed by your entries.

  6. Pay your contest registration fees.

There is a per-entry registration fee that must be paid at the end of the model registration process.
Fees for contest registration must be paid by CASH; we will not accept cheque, eTransfer, debit or credit card payment.

ADULT entrant
