Sponsorship is a very important part of any model contest, and CAPCON 2025 is no exception.
We welcome your support as a sponsor for your favourite categories and/or awards. For each category and/or award that you sponsor, you have the option to be identified as the benefactor.

Remaining categories are available for sponsorship.
Theme Award & Special Award Sponsorship Prices
The price of sponsoring a Theme Award or Special Award is $50 each.
Category Sponsorship Prices
The regular price of sponsoring categories is $40 each, however we do offer incentive (bulk) pricing for the sponsorship of multiple categories.
You do not have to select categories all within the same division for incentive pricing to apply.
The following pricing applies only to categories (not awards):
| 1–4 categories | $40 per category |
| 5–9 categories | $30 per category |
| 10–14 categories | $25 per category |
| 15+ categories | $20 per category |
Sponsorship Form
Sponsors must submit a completed Sponsorship Form along with full payment.

Form & Payment Submission
Form & payment may be submitted electronically (preferred) or by postal mail. Payment must accompany the completed Sponsorship Form.
Electronic Form + eTransfer Payment (preferred)
Send the completed Sponsorship Form (PDF) + Interac eTransfer (email) payment to: capconsponsorship@ipmsottawa.com
**IMPORTANT**
You MUST use the eTransfer password indicated on the PDF form. If you use another password, your payment will be declined.
Postal Mail + Payment by Cheque
We accept payment by cheque made payable to "IPMS Ottawa" (not post-dated).

We will do our best to accomodate your requests, but sponsorship is on a "first come, first served" basis. Please provide alternative awards/categories, in case your preferred choices are already sponsored. Please note that we cannot give ‘equivalent’ sponsorship in exchange for donated items.
Confirmation
We will confirm you as a CAPCON 2025 Sponsor by sending you a confirmation email message.
Submission of a Sponsorship Form and payment does NOT automatically confirm you as a Sponsor for requested categories or awards.
Awards Policy
CAPCON 2025 does not issue awards which do not originate from itself, nor decide winners outside of the official CAPCON 2025 judging process.
