Continuing in CAPCON 2025 is the welcoming of hobby clubs to have a presence to promote their activities, including (but not limited to) displaying & handing out promotional material and/or displaying samples of their Club’s work. Clubs are not allowed to engage in any sort of vending activities such as (but not limited to) selling/trading of goods.
Fees
The Club will not have to pay for allocated Club Display tables at CAPCON 2025. CAPCON will determine the number of Club tables to be allocated to the Club up to a maximum of 2 tables .
Club personnel are not entitled to free registration of models into competition.
Club Display Request Form
Clubs must submit a completed Club Display Request form (link at bottom of page) to be considered eligible for a club display at CAPCON 2025.
CAPCON will do its best to accommodate requests for club displays, but please note only a limited number of tables will be made available.
Club Display Terms and Conditions
By submitting the Club Display Request form, the Club agrees that all the club personnel will adhere to the CAPCON 2025 Club Display Terms and Conditions.
Confirmation
Submission of a Club Display Request does NOT automatically confirm that your club will be given permission to have a club display at CAPCON 2025. CAPCON will confirm the acceptance and/or status of your CAPCON 2025 Club Display Request by sending you a confirmation message at the e-mail address that you provide.
